This Might Explain Why My Coaching Feels a Little Different

When women come into my coaching world, they often expect me to hand them a program that tells them exactly what to eat, how many calories to count, and which exercises will burn the most fat. And while I can do all of that, that’s not really what I’m here for.
My coaching isn’t about shrinking women down.
It’s about helping them take up space again.
Because the truth is, most women don’t need another strict plan. What they really need is permission to reconnect with themselves—to remember who they were before the world told them to dim their light, quiet their voice, or sacrifice their spark.
Why My Approach Is Different
I coach women to train for strength, not punishment.
To fuel their bodies with food that gives energy, not guilt.
To move in ways that feel empowering, not exhausting.
But more importantly, I coach them to come home to themselves.
The Spark Exercise
One of the practices I give my StrongHer ladies is to find a picture of themselves from childhood—a time when they were still full of belief, wonder, and possibility.
Why?
Because that little girl is still inside you. She didn’t worry about the number on the scale. She didn’t second-guess if she was “enough.” She dreamed big, laughed loudly, and believed she could do anything.

When I look at her, I’m reminded that I don’t have to become someone new. I just have to return to her—to the version of me that was already whole, already brave, already unstoppable.
That’s the version of you I coach you back to.
The Spark Was Never Gone
I believe every woman still has her spark—it’s just been buried. My role as a coach is to create the space, the tools, and the accountability for you to find it again.
So yes, my coaching feels different. It’s not just about the sets, reps, or macros. It’s about helping you step back into your power, unapologetically.
Because when you remember who you were before the world tried to change you… you remember you can be her again—only stronger.
