Elite 1:1 Coaching — In-Person & Online


This is my highest-touch level of coaching and is designed for women who want full personalization, accountability, and guidance, offered both in person and online.


What this includes:

  • Fully customized strength and mobility programming

  • In-person 1:1 coaching or elite online coaching options

  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching aligned with your goals

  • Habit support around stress, sleep, and routines

  • Video coaching and form feedback (online clients)

  • Ongoing communication and personalized check-ins


You can choose 3, 6, or 9-month options, because meaningful, lasting change requires time and consistency.


This option is ideal if you want:

  • A clear, personalized plan you don’t have to think about

  • Hands-on coaching and real accountability

  • Support through plateaus, busy seasons, and mindset blocks

  • A coach who looks at the whole picture, not just calories and workouts


StrongHer 30 — Online Group Strength & Wellness Coaching

StrongHer 30 is my online group coaching experience for women who want guidance, structure, and accountability — without the pressure of extreme rules or all-or-nothing plans.

Inside StrongHer 30, we focus on:

  • Strength training with a strong mobility foundation

  • Nutrition guidance and macro education

  • Habit-building that fits into real life

  • Accountability and coaching inside a supportive community


This option is perfect if you want consistency, structure, and support — without committing to elite 1:1 coaching.


Personalized Macros & Nutrition Coaching

If you’re tired of guessing how much to eat — or swinging between under-eating and overeating — this level of support gives you clarity without overwhelm.

My nutrition coaching options include:

  • Personalized macro targets based on your body, goals, and lifestyle

  • Education on how to fuel for strength, fat loss, and energy

  • Flexible guidance (no rigid meal plans)

  • Optional ongoing nutrition coaching for accountability

This is ideal if you want structure and confidence around food, either on its own or alongside training.


Consultations & Strategy Sessions

Sometimes you don’t need a full program — you just need clarity.

My consultations are designed to help you:

  • Break through a plateau

  • Clean up your routine

  • Understand what’s holding you back

  • Create a realistic plan moving forward

You’ll leave with direction, confidence, and next steps you can actually follow.


My Approach (And Why It’s Different)

I do believe in:

  • Supporting your nervous system

  • Creating routines that work in real life
