The Real Reason I Created StrongHer 30 (And Why I Know It Will Change You, Too)

I want to start this with something honest — the version of me who I've created

StrongHer 30 for wasn’t the grounded, confident, aligned woman you see today.

She was doing her best… but barely keeping up. She was pouring into everyone — her boys, her husband, his business, her home — and grabbing whatever tiny pieces of herself she could find between the chaos.

And even though I’ve been in the fitness and wellness world for years, there was a period where I felt lost inside my own body.

Not because I didn’t “know what to do", because I was tired of having to gather it all from everywhere. Macros here. Programs there. Mindset work somewhere else. Accountability from a completely different place. A different voice for every part of the journey — and none of it truly connected.

And I remember thinking:

“Why isn’t there one space where women over 40 can get everything they need — without feeling like they’re piecing themselves together?”

That question kept following me.

Through the early mornings at the gym. Through the long days of programming and coaching. Through the quiet moments of wondering if I was losing myself in the roles I was juggling.

Then last February, after breaking and dislocating my elbow, everything shifted for me.

I had to slow down. I had to rebuild strength. I had to rethink my routines, my identity, and what “showing up” really meant.

But more than anything, I realized something:

No woman should have to navigate her comeback alone — or with twelve different logins, coaches, apps, methods, and voices.

So I built the thing I always wished existed.

**StrongHer 30 began as a simple 6-week challenge…

But in my heart, it was never meant to be just a challenge.

It was meant to be a reset button —a place where women could rebuild the habits that actually change their lives.

Because after 40, it’s not the big, dramatic changes that transform you…it’s the small, sustainable ones you repeat every day.

I wanted StrongHer 30 to be the home base for that.

A space where women could show up and finally feel like:

They know how to fuel their bodies — not with restriction or fear, but with clarity and confidence. Not “What should I cut out? ”But “Here’s exactly how to nourish myself today.”

They know how to move their bodies — without scrolling Instagram for a workout or guessing what’s “enough.” Just simple, intentional movement that builds strength, supports hormones, and actually fits into real life.

They know how to build strength that lasts — not the kind that burns you out, but the kind that carries you through the next decade with power, stability, and energy.

They know how to stay consistent — not through perfection or willpower, but through routines that make showing up feel doable even on the busiest days.

And most importantly…

They feel supported — every single day. Not once a week. Not only when motivation is high. Every day — with check-ins, guidance, connection, and accountability that doesn’t let you fall back into old patterns.

Because habits don’t stick without support. And women don’t thrive alone.

Not from a million sources.

From one. From me. From a community built on real life, not perfection.

And that’s why StrongHer 30 is now a recurring 30-day membership.

Because transformation doesn’t happen in six weeks. It happens in the everyday choices that stack up over months. It happens when you have support that doesn’t disappear when the calendar resets.

And honestly?

I created this because it’s what I needed years ago — a place where strength, mindset, community, coaching, accountability, and structure actually live together.

Now I get to give that to women who remind me so much of myself.

Women who are strong. Women who are trying. Women who are rebuilding. Women who deserve to feel proud of themselves again.

If you’re reading this and something inside you whispered, “This is for me”…It probably is.

StrongHer 30 is the space I needed before I became the woman writing this today — and I built it for the woman you’re becoming next.
